1. Eligibility for Refunds:

• Refunds are applicable for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• To be eligible for a refund, you must initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Certain items, such as custom products, personalized items, and digital downloads, may not be eligible for refunds. Please check the product description or contact us for clarification before making your purchase.

2. Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return.
• If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• Please note, the cost of returning the product to us is borne by the customer. 
• Your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

3. Refund Processing:

• Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria outlined above.
• If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
• Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for covering the return shipping expenses unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Refund Exceptions:

• In certain cases, we may offer store credit or exchanges instead of a refund. This decision will be made at our discretion and communicated to you accordingly.
• If the returned item is found to be damaged or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund request or issue a partial refund.
