Moi Namaste will ship ordered products as soon as possible after payment has been received. This should on average be within three working days, unless otherwise stated or agreed.

The ordered products will be delivered to your delivery address within 30 days after receipt of payment, unless stated otherwise or otherwise agreed. If delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot or only partially be carried out, you will receive notification of this no later than 30 calendar days after the order was placed. In that case, you have the right to cancel the order free of charge.

The place of delivery shall be the delivery address that you have given to Moi Namaste. The accuracy of the delivery address is your sole responsibility. An incorrect delivery address may give rise to additional delivery and/or other costs, included, but not limited to, in case of loss of the products.

The stated prices on the Moi Namaste website are always exclusive of delivery costs, unless stated otherwise.

Delivery costs will be clearly indicated before completion of your purchase, and, may vary depending on your order and destination.

You must immediately notify Moi Namaste in case of damage to a product at the time of delivery.

All our products are handmade or hand-printed. Minor variations in colour, size or print cannot be excluded due to the handmade or hand-printed nature of the products.
