  • Introduction to Mandala Meditation: Participants will learn about the history and significance of mandalas in various cultures & how it helps in meditation.
  • Guided Meditation: Led by an experienced facilitator, participants will engage in a guided meditation session focused on visualizing and meditating upon a mandala.
  • Creation of Personal Mandala: Participants will have the opportunity to create their own mandala artwork, either through drawing or using pre-made templates.
  • Reflection and Sharing: After the meditation and creation process, participants will have the chance to reflect on their experiences and share insights or feelings with the group if they wish.

About the teacher: Ashi Mishra is a certified Holistic Healer with a deep understanding of the interconnection between the mind, body and soul. She works  with various healing modalities such as Reiki, Crystal, Hypnosis, Thai Yoga Massage, & Tarot card guiding people to improve their overall well-being and reach their full potential. She hosts workshops & Spiritual Retreats across India.
